My personal habits by Ramón Reina
My Personal Habits Habits Are Who You Are Habits, whether positive or negative, are created because the brain is always looking for a way to save effort, trying to turn any routine into a habit to save time and energy. Sometimes this helps to have an identification of a place as usual. I have configured my habits in two groups: My good habits: I am energetic, I like to do sports, eat healthy, be the most responsible with my homework, I usually help around my house and tidy up my room frequently. My bad habits: I spend a lot of time locked in my room, I don't usually eat much breakfast and I sleep very late.
